Noor Khan (b. 1994, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) is a multidisciplinary artist known for their community-engaged practice. Rooted in a nomadic ethnic lineage and shaped by experiences of migration, Noor’s work critically examines the human-made designs—ranging from architecture and infrastructure to policy and law—that influence cultural, political, and socio-economic dynamics. They use art and design as collaborative tools to foster community, reconnect with people and land, and explore global indigenous value systems.

With seven years of experience as an artistic producer and four years of teaching in art administration, Noor has established themselves in the art world, working internationally. They hold an M.F.A. in Community Arts from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) a B.A. in Community Development from University of Toronto and, additional certifications in Art Education and Digital Art. Noor’s work has been recognized by various institutions, including the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television, and supported by organizations like the Toronto Arts Council and the New York Foundation for the Arts. Their projects have been featured in prominent events such as Nuit Blanche (Toronto), AWAKENINGS (Toronto History Museums), and MUTEK (Montreal).
